1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, listing an event, or purchasing a ticket on DigEvents, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Organizers

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, for delivering the event as described, and for complying with all applicable laws — including tax obligations on ticket revenue. DigEvents is a platform that facilitates event listing and ticket sales; it is not the organizer of any event listed on it.

4. Tickets & Payments

Ticket prices, promo codes, and loyalty point redemptions are set and validated at the time of purchase. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway (Paystack or Flutterwave) — DigEvents does not store your card details. Bank transfer and mobile money payments are reviewed and confirmed by the event organizer.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund policies are set by the individual event organizer unless otherwise stated on the event page. Contact the organizer directly for refund requests related to a specific event.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use DigEvents to list fraudulent events, resell tickets in violation of an organizer's terms, or attempt to circumvent the platform's security or payment systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

DigEvents is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, DigEvents is not liable for losses arising from an event being cancelled, postponed, or misrepresented by its organizer.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DigEvents after a change means you accept the updated terms.
